Over three days, the Operator Skills Hub welcomed 300 employees from Balfour Beatty Vinci to learn about plant awareness, simulation and red zone training. These sessions were designed to raise awareness of construction plant and people plant interface. Whilst this training was taking place, we had another team of trainers based on site delivering additional plant awareness and red zone training.
