The Skills Bootcamp in Plant Operations is an intensive 10-day training programme designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate plant and machinery on site.

Skills Bootcamps are part of the Department for Education’s Skills for Life initiative, which aims to help individuals of all ages gain essential skills to enhance their career opportunities.

The machine categories you will be trained in will be determined based on local employer demand, providing learners with the greatest chance of employment upon completion.
