At The Operator Skills Hub, we’re incredibly proud to support and champion women in construction, not just in words, but with action.
Across the UK, The Operator Skills Hub is tackling the construction skills shortage with practical, industry led training designed for real careers. By opening the door to more women entering plant operations, we’re helping shape a more diverse workforce, creating opportunities for those who have a passion for construction.
Samantha Armento has successfully earned her Articulated Dump truck and Tracked Dumper tickets through the Operator Skills Hub Skills Bootcamp. These courses combine hands on training, supportive coaching and industry recognised outcomes, helping people progress safely and confidently onto sites and into their future careers.
In Samantha’s words:
“I really enjoyed the ADT and Tracked Dumper course. Flannery accommodate for different learning styles and the trainers are extremely supportive. Ladies don’t fear getting into construction, pave the way for future generations of women and let’s increase that 15% to a more equal number.”
Stories like Samantha’s matter! When women see women achieving in plant operations, we want to see more follow. That’s how we build a safe, productive and a more accessible industry one milestone at a time.
