Big thanks to our Operator Skills Hub trainers!

Last Friday, our trainers came together for our internal Standardisation Day. A brilliant opportunity to align on training delivery as our Skills Hubs continue to grow.

This year has been strong so far for the Operator Skills Hubs – we’ve expanded into new hubs and earned a ‘Good, with outstanding qualities’ rating in our first ever Ofsted inspection.

To celebrate our trainers who make all this possible, each one received a gift pack featuring walkie talkies, a Dictaphone, and their very own personalised YETI mug.
