Last Night, the Operator Skills Hub team was honoured to receive the award for Most Influential Ally Group at the CITB Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction Awards.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. At the Operator Skills Hub, we are committed to creating opportunities for women to enter construction.

Winning this award reflects the values we live by every day: to set the standard on the training site, and to set the standard with our attitudes in the industry.

We will continue to build visible role models, address the sector’s skills shortages, and train the next generation to the highest standards.

It was fantastic to share the evening with our partners Balfour Beatty plc & Flannery Plant Hire, and we’re looking forward to next year’s event already.
